Today I have been struggling with new forms, I don't tend to use a sketch book as I find them quite restricting in scale. So a few years ago I painted the end wall of my studio with blackboard paint, I really enjoy the freedom this scale of drawing brings me.I've been working on new jugs, which are slowly thrown on the wheel then squired with fingers before lifting off, when the pots have dried to leather hard I'll sharpen the pot by bashing it with a piece of wood.I'll post more images when I'm happy with the lip and handle.
